DIY Healthy Cookies

Who doesn't want to have a nice body for summer?
Well I know I do, but then again I would hate to not be able to have a treat every now and then so I did some research, and that includes talking to my mum and grandma ;) and I found out this super easy cookie recipe! It blew my mind how easy they are to make, so I had to try them out!

Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup oats
  • raisins/ currants (optional)

Method:
Peel the banana and rip it into parts, pour the cup of oats in and raisins (if you don't like raisins then go ahead and add some other dried fruit!) then mash the whole mixture up with your fingers.
Lay out some tin foil onto a baking tray and give it a little spray of olive oil so that the cookies won't stick.
Now put some cookie mixture into the palm of your hand and shape it, put it onto the baking tray.

Turn on the oven to 180°C and leave the cookies in the oven for around 15-30 mins.
 or
Put the cookies on a plate and into the microwave and heat them for 30s - 1min

Enjoy!
